Renewal of sand plan on the line STERN

Comments: Renovation of sand control with new equipment Simatic S7-3152DP. Renovation includes complete replacement of main power elements for mixer drives with soft start which also protects main drive against shocks system for moisture control, temperature control on the returned sand. Dosing of returned rand and additives is done over weighing cells which are connected to PLC. Complete system allows precise dosing of sands and moisture.

Process is controlled over Touch screen where you can see also diagnostics and alarms.
